A complete, end-to-end seed processing service — every objective below is focused on ensuring quality at each stage.

Drying

Drying

Freshly harvested seed is dried under carefully controlled conditions to bring moisture content down to safe, uniform levels — protecting germination potential and guarding against fungal damage during storage. Fumigation protocols are applied at this stage to keep the lot pest-free from day one.

Processing and Treatment

Processing and Treatment

Each lot passes through precision cleaning and grading lines to remove inert matter and off-size seed, followed by treatment where required. Equipment is tuned per crop to maximise recovery of high-quality, homogeneous seed.

Packing

Packing

Sensor-based counting machines deliver error-free pouch packaging at the pack sizes each customer needs. Barcode integration runs from start to finish, so every bag can be traced back through the entire process.

Quality control tests run at every stage of processing — not just at the end — so issues are caught early. This stage-by-stage discipline is central to ABL's objective of delivering homogeneous, robust seed that meets the highest market standards.
